What we collect
The photo you upload, and — if you choose to give it — your email address. We also record the time, your IP address and browser, which we need to operate the service securely and to evidence your consent.
What we do with your photo
We analyse it to measure whether it meets the official requirements for the document you selected: the size of your head within the frame, the height of your eye line, the background colour, sharpness and exposure. This analysis involves detecting facial landmarks, which is why we ask for your explicit consent first.
We do not store facial landmark coordinates, face templates or biometric identifiers. Only plain derived numbers are kept — for example "head occupies 68% of the frame" — and only for as long as the photo itself.
How long we keep it
Your photo and everything derived from it are permanently deleted automatically within 24 hours of upload. There is no archive and no backup copy retained beyond that window.
Who sees it
Nobody, unless you choose a service tier that includes human expert review — in which case a trained reviewer looks at it solely to confirm compliance. We never sell your photo, never use it to train models, and never share it with advertisers.
Withdrawing consent
You can ask us to delete your photo immediately at any point before the automatic deletion. Since we hold no account for you, quote the reference shown on your results page.
